Saving K9 Lives Plus received a text asking if we could help three deformed puppies left at PetCare Vet Center.

The three puppies were dehydrated and starving.  Abby had deformed legs.  Mary needed surgery to correct her legs.  Noah was born with under developed eyes and deformed flipper legs.  All three special puppies found great homes.  Noah has made an impact in humanity.  Noah is up for the Dog Hero Awards as the Emerging Hero. Noah is in People Magazine (Pets) as upcoming dog.   LittleThings.com wrote up an article of Noah.
